2. Purpose of the Association
The Association operates to promote education, networking, international cooperation, professional development and voluntary quality initiatives within the fields of health, longevity, thermal health, wellness and medical tourism.
Membership or participation does not create any employment, licensing, governmental recognition or regulatory authorization.
3. Membership and Registration
Members and participants agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials;
- Use the Association’s services in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws;
- Respect the ethical principles and standards promoted by the Association.
The Association reserves the right to approve, refuse, suspend or terminate memberships or registrations at its sole discretion where conduct is inconsistent with its objectives or policies.
4. Training Programs, Events and Certifications
Participation in courses, workshops, conferences, certifications and events does not guarantee professional qualification, governmental recognition, licensing or employment.
Certificates issued by the Association represent participation or completion of specific programs and do not replace official qualifications or legal authorizations.
Event programs, schedules, speakers and activities may be modified when necessary.
5. Members Directory (Register / Albo)
Members may be included in the Association’s official register or directory where applicable and subject to consent and internal procedures.
Inclusion in the register does not constitute governmental accreditation, legal authorization, endorsement, or certification of services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content published by the Association including logos, trademarks, texts, graphics, training materials, presentations, videos and publications remains the intellectual property of the Association unless otherwise stated.
No content may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
7. Payments and Refund Policy
Membership fees, event registrations, training fees and certification costs are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Refund requests may be evaluated individually according to the applicable program or event policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Association shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages;
- business losses or interruption;
- decisions made based on information provided through events, publications or training;
- actions or services delivered by third-party members, partners or participants.
Users remain fully responsible for their professional and business decisions.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Association’s Privacy Policy.
By registering, users acknowledge and accept the applicable privacy provisions.

The Association is not responsible for external content, services, policies or practices.
